Oriole Park at Camden Yards opened in 1992 and offers a unique fan experience with its intimate design and Bird Bath Splash Zone. Not only is it a beloved destination for baseball enthusiasts, but it’s also a symbolic landmark within the city of Baltimore.

The ballpark is easily accessible by public transportation and car. It’s conveniently situated near the Camden Yards Light Rail stop, making it a breeze for fans to arrive by train. Additionally, the MARC train's Camden Line provides service to Camden Station, just a short walk from the stadium.

Fans can enjoy classic stadium foods such as hot dogs, nachos and peanuts, as well as unique options like crab cakes and Old Bay-seasoned fries that reflect the local flavors of Maryland. I got potato tacos and it was so nice to have veggie options outside of the typical veggie burger, fries, etc.

I thought the ballpark had a great atmosphere and I enjoyed my time at the game. I sat in multiple spots throughout the game, ranging from behind home plate to the outfield to watching the Bird Bath Splash Zone in action. For those unaware, every time the Orioles get a double, triple or home run, the section gets hosed down.

Despite the team's struggles, Orioles fans continue to show up, cheering on their team. The team is working on a rebuild to improve their performance on the field and the fans seem like they’ll be there every step of the way.

Whether you're a die-hard baseball fan or simply looking to enjoy a fun day out, Oriole Park has something for everyone. From the lively atmosphere to the great views from every seat, a visit to Oriole Park is sure to be a memorable experience.
